Subscription Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sundae Flowers! These Subscription Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our subscription services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Subscription Options: We offer recurring subscription plans for Mochi Gummies, delivered at a frequency of your choice (14 days, 30 days, 60 days).

  • Billing Cycle: Your subscription will be billed automatically on a recurring basis according to the plan you selected.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring payments.

  • Pricing: Subscription fees shall remain fixed at the rate in effect at the time of the Customer’s initial order (“Initial Subscription Price”). Sundae Flowers reserves the right to adjust subscription fees at its discretion. Any such adjustment shall be communicated to the Customer at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change. If the Customer does not affirmatively accept the revised pricing prior to the effective date, the subscription shall be deemed terminated as of that date.

3. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Changes or Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. You’re notified 7 days before your next billing cycle if any changes need to be made before your next renewal.

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any subscription, at our sole discretion and at any time, in the event of suspected or actual fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

4. Modifications & Skipping Deliveries

You can log in to your account to make any changes or cancellations to your account.

  • Modifying Subscription: You can update your subscription preferences, including delivery frequency, plan type, and shipping details, through your account. Changes must be made at least 2 days before your next scheduled billing date.

  • Skipping a Delivery: Subscribers can skip a delivery in their account settings.

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or credit.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: While we strive to provide fresh and high-quality arrangements, refunds are not guaranteed, but may be issued at our discretion.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

  • Delivery Areas: We currently do not deliver to Washington, Idaho, Kansas, Iowa and South Dakota. We offer shipping to all other states. 

  • Delivery Schedule: Orders are delivered on the selected delivery days. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

  • Missed Deliveries: If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or absence of the recipient, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.

  • Returns: Returns are permitted except for the shipping fee. If your package is returned back to us for insufficient address, Sundae Flowers is not responsible for shipping fees for the item to be re-delivered to the corrected address.

7. Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of your subscription after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
